Hapé Ceremony
We will come together in a group intention setting and be guided in a meditative practice with hapé, followed by holographic sound bath to take you into a deep meditative state, rejuvenate and heal the body on a cellular level. Benefit from the healing power of sound as you lay back and meditate, letting the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and chimes melt away your stress and tension and take you into a deeper state of relaxation, letting go of all that no longer serves you and raising your vibration. We will close off with a despacho (offering) to mother earth.
