Becoming Your Own Sacred Lover is a feminine shamanic Goddess awakening, where the medicine we are reclaiming is our own wisdom through voice, through breath, through release, through nature, through healing the wounded mother & father line in our DNA, through heart-womb presence, through tending our sisterhood, through braving the path into our darkness for rebirth.
As we traverse this path of awakening & once the veil is lifted where we see the unseen & feel the unfelt; we find ourselves lifted into the felt knowing of infinite possibilities & view the world through the eyes of our inner child with pure wonder, love & light that is seemingly impenetrable. But this is only one facet of spiritual awakening. Once we have awakened the light, we are then invited by something deep in the depths inside of us, to find that same light ALL the way down in the dark. When we start to feel the energetic duality of the light, we get to hold ourselves in forgiveness, compassion, trust, & grace as we lean into the darker side of nature that awakening descends us down into. And this is the beauty way. The path to liberation. The journey back to self. Which is ultimately remembering that we are all beings of love; the whole rose – our thorns & petals. As we become our own sacred lover we get to express fully, authentically, intimately with our chosen partners & in this grand ceremony we call life

Maria Camila is a student of the divine feminine who successfully blends her purpose with her way of living. She is a multifaceted modern-day medicine woman whose skillsets include Holographic Sound Healing, Shamanic Healing, Reiki, Kundalini Yoga, and ancestral medicines. She was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia where she grew up climbing trees, and helping grandma in the kitchen. A lover of nature and all beings, she lives her life in devotion to service, restoring and remembering our relationship with the sacred land, in reciprocity, and through the ancient ways of her own ancestry. Maria’s daily rituals include yoga, meditation, breath work, sitting with hapé, journaling, and deepening her connections with all beings. While cultivating these practices, Maria discovered the power of ancestral medicines at an early age and since took a deep dive into the spiritual arena where she found her calling using sound and energy, along with the ancestral wisdom carried by the sacred medicines. For over half a decade Maria Camila has submerged herself in shamanic practices to deepen her ancestral knowledge, returning to her roots in the Amazonian jungle, where she has been thought and initiated as a traditional doctor by the Shipibo Tribe. As well working closely with the COMCAAC tribe from the Sonoran Desert of Mexico, who are the guardians of the OTAC medicine (or the Toad medicine as it’s known worldwide.) Maria Camila focuses on supporting people as they move through childhood and sexual trauma, addictions and ancestral healing. She loves creating sacred spaces through sound, movement, and deep body awareness, along with the wisdom of the earth, to help reprogram the subconscious, and remember our divinity.

Join Our Red Tent
Come share, connect and authentically be with us as we gather for our Red Tent ceremony; where we get to honor our womb and support each other in love, rest and reflection. This is a timeless tradition observed by ancient cultures which serves as a regular gathering for empowering women’s sense of selfhood. Traditionally, girls would start attending the Red Tent when their bodies started to cycle with the moon. It was here they would learn about their fertility cycles & every facet of being a woman. The Red Tent was also where women learnt the sacred arts of healing, channelling, dreaming & divination on the understanding that our inner senses are amplified when we gather in alignment with the moon. It was in the Red Tent women’s deepest secrets were shared so no woman had to carry her burdens alone. Wisdom was also imparted through the oral tradition of storytelling that provided an archetypal framework for growing beyond our perceived challenges.
