Wayuu handbags are recognized for their beautiful patterns, designs and colors. They are 100% handmade by the artisans of the indigenous Wayuu tribe in Colombia. These Wayuu bags have a strap that allows it to be worn across the body, or carried on one shoulder.
These medicine bag are hand-crocheted by Wayuu artisans in Colombia and finished with tassels. Each piece is fair-trade, handwoven in chic colors by the artisans. One of a kind bags, each piece is unique. Even if the same artisan tries to replicate it, one won’t be the same as the other. They are machine washable in cold water, colors do not fade.
